L'atelier où les rêves fondent en réalité

Lorsque nous avons pris la décision d’ouvrir notre chocolaterie, notre volonté était claire : créer un lieu unique et chaleureux, à mi-chemin entre l’atelier et la boutique, pour que nos clients puissent observer la fabrication de notre chocolat artisanal, de la fève à la tablette.
Nous avons trouvé le lieu parfait près de notre domicile, à un jet de pierres de la chapelle Saint Hubertus et du superbe parc de Tervuren.

Depuis fin 2016, nous vous accueillons dans la boutique Mi Joya avec toujours plus de plaisir et de dégustations à savourer !
Vous pourrez y découvrir notre chocolat, mais également nos glaces et sorbets artisanaux ainsi que de nombreuses friandises chocolatées telles qu’orangettes, florentins, pâtes à tartiner, biscuits… Nous avons hâte de votre visite !

My son and daughter in law surprised our family with a 'Make your own chocolate' workshop at this amazing place. From the moment we walked in, the six of us were made to feel very welcome by Caroline. We were pleasantly surprised by her excellent English through the entire workshop. The workshop was all hands on and we learned a wealth of information about chocolate making right from the picking of the fruit to the packaging of the chocolate. Tasting and comparing the chocolate from other countries was fascinating and we all had no idea of the labour and time involved in producing fine chocolate. This was definitely a highlight of our 3 week trip to Europe! Thanks Caroline and Nicolas for sharing your 'jewel' of a business! We would highly recommend!

We took part in the workshop with 6 English native speakers, and they accommodated us in English with ease. The workshop was thorough and informative, the staff friendly, the tastings exquisite, and the labour mildly intensive.

Highly recommended if you're willing to put in a bit of elbow grease to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the chocolate making process from bean to bar.

This has to be one of the most interesting chocolate makers! The chocolates were delicious and they are homemade! The ice cream was also delicious! The minimum percentage of cacao in the chocolate bars is 55%, I wish I could have a milk chocolate with less that 55% cacao, but it's no big deal!

The service is nice, there were samples of each chocolate bar for you to try!

The ambience is nice, like a chocolate shop should be! You also get a view of the kitchen where the magic happens!
